What a joy to visit Delores and the Eastham’s. We arrived in Houston, waited for Martha’s flight to arrive and then immediately drove to Galveston.
Tropical storm Cindy blew through with some heavy wind but blue skies peeked out and eventually overtook by late afternoon Thursday.
We took in Moody Gardens Aquarium Pyramid, a walk on the beach, a nap, Delores’ birthday party, BLTs, a prank call to Memaw and a few rounds of Heads Up.
