We visited a church, Basilica Di San Clemente, on the way to our scheduled tour of the Colossium. The church had excavated below its basement and discovered numerous layers of previous buildings pancaked on top of each other. Cool!
The Colossium and Forum tour was very interesting. Our guide, Maria, was a nice Italian girl with a great accent. Brianne videotaped a minute. Give a listen.
